Annual Assessments paid after Jan. 15, 2023 will be considered late and interest charges will apply and a late fee of $25.00 will be added to the owner’s account. Please note that any payments to the Association are first applied to unpaid fines, then to any interest charges or past due balances, and finally to the current annual assessment amount owed to the Association. Payments can be made by using the Pay Annual Assessment link on the main page of this website. If you owe an amount different than $110.00, please please select the pay “a different amount” option above.
