Estoppel Request

Prior to closing on your home, you’ll need an estoppel letter from the POA. This legally binding document lets you know if there are any outstanding balances owed to the POA.
  • Only use the legal description found on the deed for the subject property.

  • Standard processing is 7-10 business days. If you require the estoppel sooner, please mark YES ($100 rush fee).
  • Payment is due upon closing or within 45 days of estoppel issue date, whichever occurs first.
